OUR SUPPLY AND INSTALL SERVICE

Many of our clients appreciate our full service as it removes the stress of coordinating various trades and scheduling issues. We manage every aspect – from design and supply to installation – ensuring a perfectly coordinated project for you. This service is available within our local area.

Step 1 – Consultation & Design

Begin your journey by visiting our Bournemouth showroom to explore our extensive range of products and discuss your ideas with our friendly team. Alternatively, you can arrange for one of our expert designers to visit your home for a personal consultation and measurement session. We are also happy to work from existing plans if needed.

Step 2 – Design Presentation

Next, you’ll be invited back to our showroom where we’ll unveil your new bathroom design using virtual reality imagery. This allows you to visualise the finished space and work closely with your designer to refine the details until you’re completely happy. Your designer will be with you at every stage, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to reality.

Step 3 – Installation Visit

Once you’re satisfied with the design and supply quotation, one of our experienced installation teams will visit your property. They will confirm that all products can be installed as planned and provide a detailed installation quote. Any final adjustments can be discussed at this stage to ensure the project perfectly meets your requirements.

Step 4 – Confirming Your Order and Booking Your Installation

When every detail is to your liking, your order is confirmed with a 50% deposit. We then secure your installation slot, with a further 25% payable just before delivery and the final 25% upon completion of the project.

AFTER COMPLETION

We take great pride in our exceptional customer service and aftercare. Every installation is covered by a 2-year warranty, ensuring that you continue to enjoy peace of mind long after your bathroom is completed. Beyond the warranty period, we’re happy to offer maintenance or updates for a fee, ensuring your space remains as beautiful and functional as ever.

SUPPLY ONLY SERVICE

If you prefer to install your products yourself or already have an installer, our supply-only service is the perfect solution. We provide the same initial consultation and design services as our full package. Whether you supply your own plans or require a measurement visit, our team is here to help you select from our vast range of quality products.

Once you’re satisfied with the design, a deposit confirms your order, with the balance payable just prior to delivery.
