Our Bournemouth Warehouse is open for collections on weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30 and Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:30 pm. A member of our admin team will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Due to the busy nature of our warehouse and the time required to prepare large orders, we ask that you let us know in advance if you wish to collect your items. This ensures we can serve you efficiently and have your goods ready upon your arrival.

For those awaiting delivery, our admin team will contact you to arrange this once your order is packed and in our warehouse.
