Next Day Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

Island Bathrooms is dedicated to providing excellent service to our valued customers, and we strive to accommodate Next Day Delivery on eligible orders. The following terms and conditions apply to our Next Day Delivery Service:

  1. To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed in person or over the phone before 2:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.

  2. All items in the order must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. If any item in the order is not in stock or unavailable for dispatch, Next Day Delivery may not be possible, and we will notify you of the updated delivery timeline.

  3. Our Next Day Delivery Service is a one-man delivery service. The delivery personnel will deliver the items to a ground floor room of your choice at the specified delivery address. Please note that the delivery personnel is not authorized to carry items up or down stairs, assemble items, or remove old fixtures or packaging materials. If you require additional assistance or have specific delivery requirements, please inform us at the time of order placement so that we can make the necessary arrangements or advise you on available alternatives. Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests.

  4. Our Next Day Delivery Service is subject to availability and may not be available on certain days due to high demand, limited stock, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you at the time of order placement if Next Day Delivery cannot be accommodated.

  5. Next Day Delivery is available only for local delivery addresses within a 30 radius of our store locations. Deliveries outside this area may require additional time for transit and may not be eligible for Next Day Delivery.

  6. Deliveries outside of our standard 30-mile radius from our store locations will be subject to additional charges. These charges will be calculated based on the distance and delivery address provided. We will inform you of any additional charges and the estimated delivery date at the time of order placement.

  7. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, traffic conditions, or courier delays, are beyond our control. Island Bathrooms is not responsible for any such delays and will not be held liable for any consequential damages or losses.

  8. In the event that Next Day Delivery is not possible, Island Bathrooms will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide an alternative delivery option or arrange a suitable delivery date.

  9. Island Bathrooms reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Next Day Delivery Service at any time, without prior notice.
