Since we no longer sell products on our website, we will not require and will never ask you to provide your bank details on our website, all purchases are now made in-store in our showrooms in Bournemouth and Salisbury.
We may collect personal information, as name, email address, and contact details, when customers voluntarily provide this information for inquiries, appointments, or other services. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling customer requests and improving our services. Island Bathrooms does not sell, rent, or trade personal with third parties for purposes.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses. Emails given to our sales or administration team in-store, to be used for contact purposes regarding sales and orders, will NOT be added to our email marketing list unless agreed.
Contact & enquiry forms
We use FormCraft to send and collect visitor enquiries and comments, which sometime requires the visitor to enter their name, email and other identifiable data, which is then sent to our administration team, sales team or marketing manager’s inbox. We do this to arrange design consultations between the visitor and our sales teams and reply to visitors regarding their enquiries made on our website.
Each form on our website presents a tailored agreement to inform the visitor about how the information, entered by the visitor, will be processed within our team. The visitor is required to read the agreement and acknowledge they’ve read the agreement to give permission for the form to be submitted to our administration team, sales team or marketing manager’s inbox. Regarding the Testimonial form, any information entered by the visitor may be published to our website. The visitor is required to read the agreement and acknowledge they’ve read the agreement to give us permission to upload and publish the information to our website. The information entered by the visitor in the testimonial form is anonymous and does not require the user to enter their full name or anything which may identify them.
Names, emails, comments, and other personally identifiable data, entered on any of our website forms, are NOT stored on our website, used for marketing purposes, or shared with a third party. If the agreement states that the form will be sent to our marketing manager, the contact details will only be used to verify or contact the visitor regarding their enquiry and will not be used for any other marketing purposes.
