Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have 2 showrooms: Island Bathrooms and WaterWorks. They are both within 500 yards of each other and display well over 100 stunning bathroom suites and 50 luxury shower cubicles, amongst other displays of furniture and accessories between the two.


Can I collect my order?

Our stock is held within a warehouse on Station Approach, just off Ashley Road in Boscombe, where it is possible for customers to collect directly from the warehouse. Please click here for directions & opening times!


Do you offer a price matching service?

We are confident our prices are the lowest on the high street, but if you find a better price elsewhere for the same product, we will endeavour to match it! (Local high street stores only!)


What is the time frame for all my goods to be ready for delivery or collection?

Even though we hold stock of an impressive range of products, many will have to be ordered from our suppliers. Delivery times from these suppliers can vary depending on what you have ordered. Although we will strive to obtain estimated delivery dates from suppliers, please be aware that we cannot guarantee these dates. It is, therefore, not advisable to remove existing bathroom fittings or book plumbers until you are in receipt of your goods. You will be notified by our admin team when all your goods are in with ourselves ready to be delivered or for you to collect.


If you have paid for a delivery service from us, we will contact you once the items are ready to be delivered to you and you can specify a date which is suitable for you. Unfortunately we cannot specify delivery times, but you can ask for an AM or PM delivery on that day.


Delivery’s are carried out: Mon – Fri : AM (8.30 – 12.00) & PM (13.00 – 16.30)


2 Man Home Delivery Service: Our commitment to providing a superior service also extends to supplying a 2 man delivery service on heavy or large goods. This includes placing your products into a room or area of your choice. (Unfortunately we cannot take goods up any stairs with the exception of outside stairs to flats!)


Check Your Delivery: We recommend that you check your delivery is complete and undamaged as soon as possible. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition.


If your item is in stock and is small in size and is light weight, we can post this out to you. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, generally you should receive your order within 5 working days.


How long can I keep my goods at your Warehouse?

Due to limited warehouse space and the delicate nature of many of the products, we are unable to offer storage for goods. We must, therefore, insist that all goods must be received within 7 days of completion of the order.


Do you have an item in stock?

Our stock levels change constantly and should an item not be available for delivery in less than 2 weeks, we will inform you of this!


How much is delivery?

Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. Local delivery’s start from £10 and go up accordingly. Prices available upon request. Should you ask for your order to be delivered in two parts or more, further delivery charges will apply.


We cannot deliver beyond a 40mile radius from where we are based. (Under certain situations, we will deliver anywhere to the UK, but a heavy delivery charge will be applied as this will take up the time of 2 delivery drivers and an entire van for the entire day!)


For postal items, the standard cost for a light-weight small packet parcel to a UK mainland address is £3.99, for a bulky or larger item to a UK mainland address will vary and we would need to contact you with a price given to us by the post office.


How do I return or exchange an item?

Just call us on 01202 396 778 and we will explain the process to you!


Unfortunately fitted furniture components once ordered, cannot be changed or sent back for a refund, so bear this in mind when ordering.


We also cannot take back the following:

  • Any tiles that have been over-ordered, so please calculate your required quantity carefully remembering to account for breakages and 10% wastage.
  • Any shower valves or taps that have been fitted, if found to be unsuitable due to your water pressure. We cannot take responsibility for your water system.


We are here to help and advise you, but remember it is ultimately your responsibility. If in doubt, don’t fit!


I have a problem with my product, where do I go to get help?

If you require any technical help, most manufacturers have their own help-lines manned by skilled technical staff who will be happy to help with any queries. Please feel free to ask for any of these numbers.


I have a damaged item, how long will it take to be replaced?

We will strive to replace any damaged goods at the earliest possible opportunity, but please be aware that many goods may have to be re-ordered!


Can you send me a brochure?

Unfortunately we do not post these out as you can download and view this brochure on-line on our website, but if you would like a hard copy of it, you will need to come into store to pick one up!


Do you do installations?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service ourselves, but we do recommend a list of installers who we work closely with and a very reputable in the work that they undertake.

 

This list is available free of charge when you purchase from us, but if you would like the list before hand, then a £25 refundable* deposit will be required.

 

(*Refundable against a future purchase of a full bathroom suite only!)

 

Do the products come with guarantees?

We are committed to providing only the very best of bathroom equipment. As a result of this, all products that are sold on this website and in-store come with a manufacturers guarantee.  Information on this can be obtained from us upon request or obtained freely from the manufacturers own website’s.


Do you do trade accounts?

Unfortunately we do not do accounts.


Do you offer any Trade Services or Bulk Quantity Discounts?

There is always something extra we can do for those of you who are in the trade business. Trade discount are only applicable to like registered companies, builders, plumbers, hoteliers, restaurateurs etc. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and the extra discounts that we can offer!
